Introduction to our Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products and services supplied by Loving Fitness [www.lovingfitness.co.uk] on or after 16th May 2022.
These Terms and Conditions should be read and adhered to each time a purchase is made through our Loving Fitness website.
By placing an order and proceeding to checkout you agree to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge your Right to Cancel.
This does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and you should read them prior to any purchase.
GENERAL
The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by the company and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
Through this website you may be able to link to other websites which are not under the control of the company. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of these sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, the company takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
PLACING ORDERS ON THIS WEBSITE
Loving Fitness has a legal duty to supply goods that conform with the contract and products are sold under the express understanding that:
Age RestrictionsYou must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website. By ordering these goods you are confirming you are over 18 and that the person receiving the goods/delivery is also over 18.
Description of ProductsAll the information contained on this website is as accurate and as up to date as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, omissions or price changes. All products are subject to availability. Please consult your doctor before using any exercise equipment or embarking upon any exercise routine.
Processing your orderYou will need an email address in order to place an order. When you submit an order to us, we will send you an email to acknowledge and confirm receipt of your order.
Our acceptance of the order comes into effect when the products are shipped to you. As soon as your order leaves us, we will send you an email confirming that the products have been shipped. At this point a contract, containing these Terms & Conditions comes into effect and is binding on you and us. We recommend that you keep a copy of these Terms & Conditions and your shipping confirmation for future reference.
If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this by phone or in writing and will not process your order and will refund any payments made in full using the same method as the original payment.
ErrorsShould we have inadvertently listed a product at an incorrect price due to an input error or an error in pricing from a manufacturer, we reserve the right to change or amend this price and to withdraw, cancel or refuse orders even if the order is confirmed.
Should this be the case we will always contact you to inform you and advise you of the correct price. If you no longer wish to purchase the goods and have already paid for the product we will refund your purchase in full by the same method as the original payment was made.
AvailabilityShould for any reason the product not be available for immediate delivery, you will be contacted with an estimated date of delivery. Should the date not be acceptable and you wish to cancel your order and you have paid, your payment will be refunded including any delivery charges (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). Refunds are made by the same method as the original payment was made.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Payment methodsAll orders made through our website should be paid for by debit card, credit card, or PayPal. All payment methods are listed at the end of the checkout process. Please do not try to pay by any other method than those stated there. If you do, we will not be liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may result from this.
We would advise you that we do not store any credit/debit card details or any financial information supplied to us once you have paid for your order.
PayPal / Amazon Pay payments & deliveryIf paying by PayPal it is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the address registered with PayPal is the correct address for the delivery of any orders. If the address held by PayPal is different to the delivery address, you should contact us immediately to advise us of the correct delivery address.
Loving Fitness does not have access to customers' PayPal or Amazon Pay accounts and are unable to amend any of the details.
If we are not advised of the correct delivery address then Loving Fitness reserves the right to charge for the re-delivery of any goods sent to the wrong address. Loving Fitness will not be responsible or be held liable for compensation for any losses, damages, charges or expenses as a result of any delay of delivery or delivery to an incorrect address.
PricesAll product prices displayed on this website are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT), at 20%, as applicable.
The total price specified in the final checkout screen will be inclusive of tax and shipping costs. A breakdown will be provided and all details will be displayed on your order confirmation, which we recommend you keep a copy of for future reference.
Pricing errors & changesThe prices of our products will always be displayed on this website. Prices may change from time to time, but any changes will not affect any order which have confirmed in an order confirmation.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery - when & whereAll goods are delivered to the address stated at the time of ordering.
When placing your order, you will be given the option to select a delivery date that suits you. The first date shown will be the earliest available delivery date that we can offer. We aim to offer next day delivery on most items where orders placed prior to 12noon (BST), however larger and heavier items will take 2-3 days. For any items where next day delivery may not be possible, the dates presented to you will reflect this.
We will aim to dispatch your order 1 working day prior to your chosen delivery date, on an overnight service, for delivery the next working day (your chosen date). On the day of delivery, you (the customer) shall receive a notification providing you with a 2 hour delivery window.
Whilst we will ship your order on time for your selected delivery date, as with any third party haulier or courier, your order may be subject to delays beyond our control. We therefore cannot guarantee delivery will be made on the times and dates selected, and under no circumstances can we be held responsible or be liable for any compensation for any losses, damages, charges or expenses as a result of any delay of delivery.
Force MajeureLoving Fitness is not liable for any delay of your order due to circumstances beyond our control. These include but are not limited to an act of God, war, terrorism, strikes, trade disputes, breakdown of equipment, fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, civil disturbance, riots, accidents, storm, shortages, difficulty in obtaining material, disruption to energy supplies, telephone supplies, road traffic problems, severe weather conditions.
Split deliveryOccasionally, we will ship your order as 1/2 or even 3 or more parcels - this is due to the size, shape, and weight of your order.
In certain instances, orders may be split onto different vehicles by the courier prior to delivery, which causes a delay with part of your order. In the event of this happening, please remain patient. It’s likely that the remaining parcel/s will be delivered on another vehicle within 24hours of receiving your initial delivery.
To check the number of parcels that have been dispatched, simply check your tracking information. Here you will be able to confirm the number of consignments that have been booked out for delivery.
UK shipping network - large / heavy itemsAll deliveries of large / heavy items of fitness equipment (any treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainer or rowing machine) will be delivered as a two person service to a room of your choice by our chosen courier, DX.
It is therefore incredibly important that you select a date when you will be home and can take delivery of the item.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent an email notifying you that your order is on its way. You order will then be taken to your local DX depot overnight. The following day, DX will then sort your order at the depot and get in touch to arrange delivery of your goods the following day. So, for example if you placed your order on Monday 15th before 12noon, your items would be collected on the afternoon of Monday 15th and taken on an overnight service to the local DX depot. On Tuesday the 16th, DX would sort your goods and place them on an appropriate vehicle, and contact you to arrange delivery on Wednesday 17th.
You will also be given a two hour window for delivery and a driver will contact you 30 minutes prior to delivery to let you know they're on their way.
If there are any problems regarding the scheduled delivery, please can you contact us as soon as possible, so that we can contact the courier to rearrange the delivery date.
If you cancel the delivery with less than 24 hours notice or are not present at the agreed time, we reserve the right to make a charge of up to £60.00 for re-delivery of the equipment.
Shipping ratesShipping rates are calculated per order. The exact shipping rate will depend on whether you’re purchasing or hiring, the location to which your order is being delivered and the overall cost of your order.
All of the shipping prices generated from our website apply to the UK mainland ONLY – England, Wales, Central Scotland.
Shipping prices to these areas are:
- Under 15kg - £4.99 - Over 15kg - £9.99
These shipping prices exclude areas within the UK such as Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey & The Scottish Highlands, etc.
If you are looking to place an order for an area outside of our standard delivery zones, you will be informed by our system that you will require a shipping quote. You can choose to proceed with your order and we will contact you to arrange additional payment for the shipping charges. Alternatively, you can email us on sales@lovingfitness.co.uk or call us on 01274 508 773, and we will be able to provide you with an accurate and competitive shipping quote.
If you are not willing to pay these additional charges then your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Free ShippingAll items purchased via our website at a value exceeding £100 will be delivered to you free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: This only applies to bought items. This does not apply to fitness equipment that is hired – which will be subject to a standard delivery, installation and collection fee of £50.00 (+VAT).
Goods lost in transitPlease allow up to 48 hours after your chosen delivery date for your goods to be delivered. If after this time you have still not received your goods, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for us to investigate. Should you not contact us by email on sales@lovingfitness.co.uk within this time frame, it is expected that the goods have been delivered in good order and no claim will be entertained.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancelling an order before deliveryYou may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been shipped.
We begin processing orders placed at our online store almost immediately, so if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will be able to check the status of your order.
To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement, in writing either by email at sales@lovingfitness.co.uk or call us on 01274 508 773.
If you order has not yet left our warehouse, our customer service team will request a cancellation of your order at our warehouse. If successful, they will send you an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the product(s) will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with the procedure set out below.
Returning an order after delivery - your right of withdrawalIf you wish to return a Loving Fitness product, we are more than happy to provide a refund or exchange it for something else.
From receipt, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to decide if you want to return any item from your original order. The cost of the return sits with you, the customer / purchaser. The cost of the return sits with you, the customer / purchaser.
The returned item must reach us within 14 calendar days of you telling us you wish to return your order. For example, if you told us on Monday 1st January that you wanted to return an item, you would then have until Monday 15th January to return the goods.
Any returned item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging and condition. The only exception to this rule is where the item is being returned due to a manufacturer defect (see damaged or faulty item section below).
We cannot offer a refund on any items where the 14 day window has passed.

If you choose to call us, you will be asked for your order number and the reason why the item is being returned, so please have this information ready. If you choose to email us, please provide these details in writing.

When returning an item, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you use a delivery method that both insures you for the value of the goods and requires a signature upon receipt.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held liable for any losses or compensation as a result.
In all cases, items will be inspected on return before being processed. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you or refunded at a percentage of the original value.
We will confirm via email what action we have taken.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase and, in the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement for an exchange item, we will automatically refund you and contact you via email.
Please note: It can take 3-5 working days for funds to appear in your bank account, so please allow sufficient time for your refund to be processed before contacting us.
Returning an order after delivery - damaged or faulty goodsIf your Loving Fitness product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team and we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue.
If the goods are delivered damaged we may require evidence of the damage, e.g. photographs before we replace the goods or make a refund. Please contact Customer Services on 01274 508 773 to discuss.
In the event of a faulty or damaged item claim being justified, we will reimburse the cost of shipping the item back to us and process a full refund for the purchase price, where applicable. This will be refunded upon receipt of the goods.
We reserve the right to collect the damaged or faulty goods from the delivery address stated on your order. If the goods are to be collected this may be on a different day to any replacement goods being delivered.
We will not be held responsible and no compensation claims will be entered into for any non-collection, missed collection or no-show by our couriers.
Refund informationRefunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
