Limited Warranty – RunFit Home treadmills, CycleFit exercise bikes, RowFit rowing machines and StrideFit elliptical cross trainers

All our Loving Fitness RunFit home treadmills, CycleFit exercise bikes, RowFit rowing machines and StrideFit elliptical cross trainers come with a 12-month limited parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase.

This applies only to non-commercial, in-home, indoor use. Any other use shall void this warranty. During the warranty period, the covered components will be covered for defects or malfunctions during normal use.

The warranty applies for the following components, for the time period indicated only. The warranty applies only against defects discovered within the applicable warranty period and only so long as the affected Loving Fitness RunFit treadmill, CycleFit exercise bike, RowFit rowing machine or StrideFit elliptical cross trainer remains in the possession of the original purchaser.

RunFit Treadmill Components – 12 Months.

Loving Fitness warrants the components and original parts of the Loving Fitness Bike including its safe lock, controller (upper and lower), running belt, sensor and motor against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

CycleFit Exercise Bike Components – 12 Months.

Loving Fitness warrants the components and original parts of the Loving Fitness Bike including its dashboard, cranked lever, instrument line, foot tube, pedals, handles and seat cushion against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

RowFit Rowing Machine Components – 12 Months.

Loving Fitness warrants the core components and original parts of the Loving Fitness Bike including its computer, seat, foot pads, front & back stabiliser, handlebar, belt and transport rolls against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

StrideFit Elliptical Cross Trainer Components – 12 Months.

Loving Fitness warrants the components and original parts of the Loving Fitness Bike including its shell and plastic disc, fine tuning upper section, central shaft, upper armrest, handle, front foot pad (inner wheel), padel, back foot pad, monitor, belt and flywheel against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

Exclusions and Limitations

Who is covered?

The original owner of the Loving Fitness Fitness Equipment. The Loving Fitness Fitness Equipment must remain in the possession of the original purchaser, or for gifted Loving Fitness Fitness Equipment, the owner of the original purchase attached to that Loving Fitness Fitness Equipment. This Limited Warranty is not transferable. Service location is limited to any area which Loving Fitness delivers to in the UK.

What is covered?

If a defect arises in any warranted component on a Loving Fitness treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine or elliptical cross trainer, within the warranty period, the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy is for Loving Fitness to either replace or repair the defective or malfunctioning product or component with the same or a comparable model.

Any replacement or repaired component shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

What is NOT covered?

Any other Loving Fitness products, that are, or that Loving Fitness reasonably believes to be, stolen or counterfeit, or purchased for use outside the UK.

Damage or equipment failure due to normal wear and tear, improper or negligent assembly, maintenance, installation, relocation, or repair (other than that caused by a Loving Fitness authorised service technician), use of the Loving Fitness product with parts or accessories from third parties, or with parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the product, or any use contrary to the instructions in the Loving Fitness Assembly Guide.

Damage or equipment failure due to accident, abuse, improper or abnormal use, neglect, corrosion, discoloration of paint or plastic (or any other change in cosmetic appearance that does not affect performance), theft, vandalism, fire, flood, wind, lightning, freezing or other natural disasters or acts of God of any kind, electrical wiring, power reduction, power fluctuation or power failure from whatever cause, unusual atmospheric conditions, collision, introduction of foreign objects, or modifications that are unauthorised or not recommended by Loving Fitness.

Incidental or consequential damages. Loving Fitness is not responsible or liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, economic loss, loss of profits, or other consequential damages of any nature whatsoever in connection with the purchase, delivery, repair or maintenance of equipment or parts. Loving Fitness does not provide monetary or other compensation for any such repairs or replacement parts costs, including but not limited to gym membership fees, work time lost, cost of substitute equipment, diagnostic visits, maintenance visits or transportation.

Equipment used for commercial purposes or for any use other than a single-family or household.

Additional Information

Any attempt to move or repair fitness equipment creates a risk of injury and property damage. Loving Fitness is not responsible or liable for any damage or injury incurred during, or as a result of, any move, repair or attempted repair of equipment by anyone other than a Loving Fitness authorised service technician.

All moves or repairs attempted by you or your agents are undertaken AT YOUR OWN RISK and Loving Fitness will have no liability for any injury to persons or property arising from such attempted moves or repairs. In addition, labour may no longer be covered if you move outside of Loving Fitness’s service area.

Replacement units, parts and electronic components reconditioned by Loving Fitness or its vendors may sometimes be supplied as warranty replacement and constitute fulfilment of warranty terms.
